Guess who's still with us?

Yup, you got it. The pupski.

I've never met such an affectionate dog in my life. She lays in your lap. She adores you. She must be near you. She's a couch hog. She's enthusiastic and exuberant. She does not bother the cats (very much). She's very alert when it comes to tone of voice, approval and command.  She is all about getting and sharing LOVE.

She makes my beloved deceased German shepherd Cody, who I thought was a sweetheart, look like an ax-murderer in comparison.

What an astounding dog.

No one has answered our ad yet, which we're not unhappy about. We'll see how it goes.

I'm working on the final page proofs for Ordinary Beauty right now, still revising the hot YA romantic comedy to deadline, setting up book signings, waiting for the approval on the fabulous Ordinary Beauty cover so I can post it, getting ready to sit down and do a taped author interview sometime in the near future, waiting for the snow to stop falling, feeding animals, updating Facebook and GoodReads and my Amazon author page, etc. etc., wondering why this season of Amrican Idol's format is so irritating -- I'd rather hear ALL the auditioning contestants sing than see the life stories of three. I mean c'mon, AI, stop the narrow focus and let us choose who we like, ourselves! --  and just generally running crazy.

It's been a blast.

Now it's time for cup of coffee #3, so I can get back to work.
