What a great day yesterday! A total girl day, with me and my friend Jane hitting a pretty impressive list of stores to take care of serious shopping business and then indulging in a Chinese take-out feast, hanging out and laughing and having a blast. Also watched Practical Magic, noting the differences between the book and the movie.

Today, as we speak, my new dishwasher is being installed, and I cant wait to use it after three bloody weeks of doing dishes by hand, which is my least favorite chore in the world.  Fingers crossed it works.

And sadly, last night the baby mouse passed away.
