Yesterday was an absolute blast.

In addition to writing feverishly, I took a couple of hours and went down to the salon for a little hair magic that included color, cut and highlights. I LOVE it. It's a great way to kick off a new birthday year.

There were other good things that happened but this one stands out:



Chinggay Labrador contacted me through Facebook a few months ago and asked if I would be willing to do a Dream Job interview for CANDY Magazine, a fun, upbeat, glossy teen magazine in the Phillipines. I said absolutely, and it was a blast. And here it is, right in time for my May celebration! Thanks so much, Chinggay. I'd work with you again anytime. 

And today so far, I just got an invitation to go to an alumni garden party back at JKS, my grade school and I am seriously considering it. This could be really fun. Any JKSers already know if they're going?
